deities 02:04
Dont mind for a minute, please Dont try anything to recognize me There is no, no second wind incoming Deities, deities Far from home Observe the un-becoming Clemency, clemency Down we ride, hard-liquored, down we ride Once in a lifetime human-hivemind end of the world Down we ride, hard-liquored, down we ride Once in a lifetime human-hivemind end of the world

the deluge 01:39
nothing ever changes underneath the wave where your brain is the people that i am are not the same as anyone ive ever been, or ever will be again who knows the gentle ebb and flow beginning of the end, that's where our minds go I'm under your skin to help you start again until there is no you or I anymore waste time, why would i waste time? seep through the fault lines and see what you know bluebirds and buildings bodies and boundaries made of them visions floating by of what you are am I there? can you feel me until there's nothing to feel anymore?
3.
humankind 01:36
when you go a little piece of me goes with you a little legacy i'd give you if i were any good, i'd mark an empty grave, i'd try to paint your face i'd wanna say your name but who would say my name?
4.
roughshod 02:20
Stalking a cage to make a fire Pacing around and flicking a lighter gazing in the orange glow I want to feel like light ray Heating up on a stretch of the highway Hastening my demise, and letting go Running roughshod out there Set me up and watch me explode See the black earth burn bare No one has to disagree, it’s my turn to take everything Running roughshod out there Set me up and watch me explode See the black earth burn bare No one has to disagree, it’s my turn to take everything

crybaby jane 01:40
ive had a longing for an atmospheric kind of homely an aching for a something or a someone who would know me but im unsettled by the types of creatures who would hold me that pack of cigarettes i promised me is getting lonely and i dont see it getting better any soon cut like sharp knife on ripe balloon my doom is coming home to roost and she holds sorrow in her hands, says, "tread lightly while you can, they'll eat your skin on my command" but, more alarmingly, they call me "crybaby jane you lost your records and you went insane crybaby jane you're out there looking but it doesn't change" no, I'm not looking for excuses to be near you im doing all the things that hunger shame and fear do I know inside im playing right into their hands your every wish is my command no, I don't think you understand "crybaby jane your heart is eating a hole through your brain crybaby jane, you've got a human way of feeling pain"
6.
I'm having a hard time adjusting the eyes in the walls are mistrusting me and i do not navigate the new world well and when I rest my head she stands behind me holding it close as if to remind me that if I run, then surely she'll find me and say what she always does, "stragglers get the saw" I gotta hand it to her, she knows how to get what she wants I start to wonder if each one of us deserves what we got and i know that its my fault still, my feet hit the asphalt, and I run but running would not satisfy the mob closing in doomed again let it end on a high note, then closing in doomed again let it end on a high note, then
7.
when she points, you freeze in place shrink and cower while you go up in flames you've done wrong and I know it and I saw through your singed eyelashes, she was a god
8.
something warm about you i must be out of my mind cause the ageless faceless creatures of kentucky are pushing me into overdrive what am i without you you're setting people alight and the ageless faceless creatures of kentucky have left me lonely again tonight
9.
I get so lost in you babe if im wasting my time, its okay I'm counting down for better days, bet you are too I bet you've got it down to an art form and it really gets you through Won't you give me some of that too, some of that too?

Why go vetting tall grass in the distance stagnant water in the underpass vines grow on the roads don't go home don't go home again

about

What happens when the larger part of the human population is submerged in a sentient, mind-altering sludge? This album aims to answer that very question. Join a chorus of cosmic onlookers as they watch the vestiges of humanity live out their final days. Download includes illustrated PDF.
